This is Rene, Ballenger's wide-eyed and innocent guardian angel. Her hair accessories are parts of her halo. It's completely intact when her hair is down, but she's always wearing it somehow. Normally, it takes on the appearance of a circlet.

Her wings are black because I can. She's not a fallen or evil angel.
